Our History

2001 –  Vicky launched the Foods 'n' Herbs website www.foodsnherbs.com to provide free internet education on the basic principles of Chinese Medicine and Food Therapy.

2002 –  www.foodsnherbs.com was honored with the Torontoseeker Web Award.

Oct. 2004 –   Vicky opened Nourish U, a take-out restaurant at Shoppes of the Parkway Mall in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Oct. 2004 –   Vicky was honored with the "YMCA 2004 Small Business Entrepreneur Award of the Year".

Apr. 2005 –   Vicky was honored with the "2005 In Celebration of Women - Asian Women's Achievement Award".

Oct. 2007 –   Vicky expanded and relocated Nourish U to a 54-seat restaurant in Richlane Mall in Richmond Hill, Ontario.

Oct. 2008 –   Vicky closed the restaurant to concentrate on teaching therapeutic cooking.

Nov. 2010 –  Vicky was honored with the Certificate of Excellence in Teaching & Mentorship in Chinese Herbal Nutrition by the Institute of Traditional Medicine in Toronto
