Beet and Kidney Bean Soup



Anemic, lack of energy and deteriorating bone density.


Promote blood and improve bone health.

INGREDIENTS: (2 to 3 servings)

  • Beet root 紅菜頭 - 1~2
  • Carrot 紅蘿蔔 – 1
  • Tomato 番茄 - 2
  • Potato 薯仔 - 1
  • Red kidney bean 紅腰豆-  half cup
  • Citrus peel 陳皮 – one piece (pre-soaked and with white tissue removed)

1.   Soak bean for 2 hours and rinse.

2.   Wash, peel and dice vegetables.

3.   Put all ingredients in a soup pot with 8 cups of water. Cook over medium heat for 2 hours to about 4cups of soup.

4.   Add salt to serve. Eat content with soup.


No restriction. Take regularly to promote health and can always prevent heart disease.
