Mung Bean Soup     

SYMPTOMS:

Burning sensation in the mouth.

INGREDIENTS: (2 servings)

  • Mung bean 綠豆 – one cup
  • Dried lily bulb (bai he) 百合 – 60gm
  • Chinese jujube / dates (da zao) 大棗 – 6

1.   Soak mung bean and lily bulb for 30 minutes and rinse clean.

2.   Rinse dates.

3.   Put all ingredients in a soup pot with 10 cups of water and cook over medium heat for one hour to two cups of soup.

4.   Eat some content with soup.

No restriction.
