Ling-chi Tendon Soup


Low white blood cells due to sickness or x-rays or radiotherapy.


Enrich blood, promote circulation, and activate meridians.


  • Pig / beef tendon - 80gm
  • Ling chi 靈芝- 24gm
  • Sealwort (huang jing) 黃精- 24gm
  • Spatholobi (ji xue teng) 雞血藤- 24gm
  • Astragalus (huang qi) 黃耆- 24gm

1. Wash tendon and put in boiling water to cook for 7 minutes, retrieve and rinse.

2. Rinse herbs and put all ingredients in a pot with about 10 cups of water. Bring to a boil, remove foam and reduce heat to medium and cook to about 2 cups of soup (about 2.5 hours and add water if necessary).

3..Add a little salt to serve and take broth only by 2 servings.


Not to be used in conjunction with western medicine. Continue for 5 to 10 days to see result.
