Mutton and Wheat Congee


Chronic bronchitis with clear phlegm.


Treat cold syndrome of chronic bronchitis.

INGREDIENTS: (2 Servings)

  • Mutton  - 500gm
  • Wheat (fu xiao mai) 浮小麥 – 60gm
  • Ginger – 9gm.

1.   Wash and cut mutton into thin slices. The same for ginger and rinse wheat.

2.   Put all ingredients in a soup pot with 10 cups water and cook over medium heat into soft congee.

3.   Add salt to serve.


Take morning and evening. Continue for 30 days as one course of treatment.
