Bitter Melon, Guava Fruit and Pork Soup

SYMPTOMS:

All symptoms of diabetes.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:

Using bitter, sour and tart tastes to balance blood sugar.  

INGREDIENTS:

  • Bitter melon 苦瓜 – one
  • Lime juice – three
  • Guava fruit 番石榴 – one
  • Pork – 160gm
  • Ginger – 4 slices. 

1.   Wash bitter melon, cut open, remove seeds and cut into big pieces.

2.   Wash and cut pork into big pieces, put in boiling water to cook for a few minutes, remove and rinse.

3.   Wash and cut guava open, remove seeds and cut into thin slices.

4.   Put all ingredients in a pot and cook with 5 to 6 cups of water for one hour to one cup of soup.

5.   Eat some content with soup.

USAGE: 

Use for treating and preventing diabetes. You can replace pork with fish or chicken to make the recipe taste good.
