Lo-han Fruit Tea

 

SYMPTOMS:

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:

Prevent and treat diabetes. Regulate blood sugar, promote production of insulin and prevent aging. 

INGREDIENTS:

  • Chinese Yam 淮山/山葯 – 80 gm
  • Lo-han fruit 羅漢果 – 2

1.   Soak yam for a few hours or over night, rub and rinse, and cook with 2 litres of water for 1.5 hours to about 2 cups of tea.

2.   Break open lo-han fruit, discard skin and add everything else inside to the cooking for another 5 to 10 min only.

3.   Take the tea, one cup at a time, twice a day.

USAGE:

No restriction. You can cook a batch of 3 to 4 days of tea at a time and keep in the fridge to save time and energy.
