Three Easy Daily Tea

Take any one or a combination of the following teas regularly to prevent diabetes and to regulate blood sugar level. The tart and bitter tastes are for balancing out the excessive sugar in the body.  

Guava Tea

Use 2 fresh and unripe (green) guava fruits  番石榴, cut open to remove seeds, slice thinly and cook with two cups of water to make one cup of tea.  Eat fruit with tea.


Bitter Melon Tea 

Use one fresh and unripe bitter melon 苦瓜, cut open to remove seeds, slice thinly and cook with 3 cups of water to make one to two cups of tea. Drink tea by 2 servings.

Or use dried bitter melon and use it as tea leaves to brew tea.


Goji-berries Tea

Use a handful of goji-berries 枸杞子, soak it for 20 minutes and rinse. Put goji-berries in a cup of boiling water and let it sit for 10 minutes. Drink tea and eat the berries.
