Jelly Fish, Water Chestnut and Mung Bean Dessert


High blood pressure, loosing sleep, headache, congested heart feeling, and numbness in limbs. 


Lower blood pressure, tonify yin and suppress excessive yang.


  • Jellyfish (head) 海蜇頭 - 80gm
  • Water chestnut – 10
  • Mung bean 綠豆 - 40gm
  • Brown sugar to taste

1.   Soak jelly fish until fully inflated and rinse a few times to get rid of salt.

2.   Peel water chestnuts and cut into pieces.

3.   Rinse mung bean and put all ingredients in a pot with about 5 cups of water. Cook until beans are soft and mushy.  

4.   Add sugar to taste and eat all by 2 to 3 servings.


Take regularly for long-term maintenance after coronary heart disease. Not suitable for people with low blood pressure.
