Ling-chi Pig Heart Soup


Feeling unrest in the heart and mind, frighten and feeling agitated, losing much sleep and having many dreams when sleeping.   


Calm heart and nerve.


  • Ling-chi 靈芝- 15gm
  • Pig heart – 180gm
  • Ginger – 3 slices
  • Green onion – 2
  • Cooking wine – 2 spoons

1.   Use 1.5 cups of water to cook ling-chi (low heat) for 20 minutes to get one cup of tea and keep aside.

2.   Add another 1.5 cups of water to cook ling-chi again to get a second cup of tea. 

3.   Use the 2 cups of tea to cook pork heart over medium low heat with ginger, green onion and wine until one cup of soup left.

4.   Take out pork heart and cut into slices. Eat meat with soup.


Take once or twice per day.
