Hawthorn and Lo-han Fruit Tea

  • Hawthorn (shan zha) 山楂干 – 60gm
  • Lo-han fruit 羅漢果 – half  (for people with diabetes use 1/3)
  • Pu Er Tea 普洱茶葉 – one soup spoon

1.   Rinse hawthorn and put the three ingredients in a pot with 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil, and lower heat to simmer to 3 cups of water left.

2.   Strain and keep tea in a glass bottle in the fridge.

3.   Take one cup every other day in the morning after breakfast (warm up). Finish the 3 cups in 5 days as one course of treatment.


Take one course of treatment per week until cholesterol has returned to normal.
