Chinese Celery, Dried Mussel and Mustard Green Soup

SYMPTOMS:

High blood pressure.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:

Lower blood pressure and lower heat.

INGREDIENTS: (2 servings)

  • Chinese celery 唐芹菜 – 180gm
  • Dried mussels 淡菜 – 120gm
  • Mustard green 芥菜 – 240gm

1.   Wash celery and mustard green and cut into small sections.

2.   Rinse dried mussels.

3.   Put 8 cups of water in a soup pot and bring to a boil. Put all ingredients in to boil for 5 minutes. Then lower heat to medium and cook for one hour.

4.   Eat some content with soup.

USAGE:

No restriction.
