Cornbind Wu-long Tea


High blood pressure and high cholesterol.


Anti-aging, lower blood pressure and cholesterol. Benefit liver and kidney, suitable for yin deficiency with heat resulting in headache and dry/red eyes.


  • Japanese pagoda (huai hua) 槐花 – 18 gm
  • Chinese Cornbind (ho shou wu) 何首烏 - 30 gm
  • Water melon peel (dong guai pi) 冬瓜皮 – 18 gm
  • Hawthorn (shan zha) 山楂 – 15 gm
  • Wu-long tea leave 烏龍茶  – 3 gm

1.   Cook the 4 herbs in about 5 cups of water on medium heat for 45 min. to about one cup of herbal tea and strain.

2.  Pour hot herbal tea into a pot with wu-long tea leave, cover with lid and let it steep for a few minutes. Pour out tea to serve.
