Mulberry Tea


High blood pressure with dry/red eyes and with headache.


Lower blood pressure and cholesterol.


  • Mulberry Twig (sang zhi) 桑枝 – 5 gm
  • Chrysanthemum (ju hua) 菊花 – 5 gm
  • Goji-berry / Chinese Wolfberries (gou ji zi) 枸杞子 – 6 gm
  • Sickle Senna (jue ming zi) 決明子 – 3 gm

1.   Stir-fry sickle senna on dry pan over low heat for a few minutes.

2.   Crumble mulberry twig into smaller pieces.

3.   Put all ingredients in a tea pot, add boiling water to steep for 15 minutes and serve.


No limitation. Also suitable for people with weak and hot liver symptoms.
