Kelp & Mung Beans Dessert

SYMPTOMS:

High blood pressure and high cholesterol.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:

Lower heat, lower blood pressure and cholesterol, promote blood.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Kelp 海帶 - 150gm
  • Mung bean 綠豆 – 150gm
  • Brown sugar 紅糖 – to taste

1.   Soak kelp until soften and rinse a few times to waste out salt and dirt. Cut kelp into thin stripes and put in boiling water for a few minutes, remove and rinse.

2.   Soak mung beans for a couple of hours and rinse.

3.   Put both ingredients in a pot with about 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and lower heat to cook until beans are all mushy.

4.   Add sugar to serve.

USAGE:

No limitation. Can be taken regularly.
