Lotus Root Salad

SYMPTOMS:

Insomnia.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:

Improve energy and eyesight, calm nerve and improve insomnia.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Lotus root 蓮藕 – 180gm
  • Rice vinegar -  half cup
  • Sesame oil – one spoon
  • Soy sauce – about one to two spoons

1.   Wash and peel lotus root and cut thinly into slices.

2.   Cook lotus root in one cup of boiling water for about 10 minutes or to just done. Retrieve, drain and let cool.

3.   Mix seasoning in a bow and put lotus root in to soak for 30 minutes.

4.   Retrieve and serve.

USAGE:

No restriction.
