Goji-leave and Chicken Liver Soup


Weak liver function.


Strengthen liver, promote energy, improve eye sight, enrich blood, clear toxic materials from liver, clear heat and improve complexion.


  • Goji-leaves 枸杞葉 – 240gm
  • Chicken liver – 180gm
  • Ginger – 3 slices
  • Egg - one

1.   Separate goji-leave from stem. Rinse leave and drain.  

2.   Wash and cut chicken liver into thin slices and soak in water for 10 minutes. Remove, drain and season with cooking wine and salt.

3.   Boil stem and ginger in a pot with 4 cups of water for 20 minutes and discard stem.

4.   Add goji-leave and cook for 5 minutes. Add liver and cook for a couple of minutes. Beat egg, add to soup, turn off heat and cover for 5 minutes.

5.   Add seasoning to serve and eat all content with soup.


No restriction and can also be used as a beauty tonic.
