Chestnut, Pork Ribs and Chicken Feet Soup

SYMPTOMS:  

Weakening of bones, tendons and muscles due to old age.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:   

Strengthen kidney and spleen, promote healthy bones and tendons, improve energy.

INGREDIENTS: (2 Servings)

  • Chestnut 粟子 - 320gm
  • Pork ribs 豬排骨 - 320gm
  • Chicken feet 雞腳- 8
  • Citrus peel (chen pi) 陳皮- one piece (soaked and scrapped off white tissue)

1.   Wash chicken feet and cut out claws with scissors. Put chicken feet in bowling water to cook for 5 minutes, remove and rinse.

2.   Remove shell and membrane of chestnut and rinse.

3.   Wash ribs and cut into pieces. Cook ribs in boiling water for a few minutes, remove and rinse.

4.   Put all ingredients in a soup pot with about 3 litres of water and bring to a boil. Remove foam, reduce heat to simmer for 2 hours.

5.   Add salt to serve. Eat some content with soup.

USAGE:  

Take regularly with no restriction.
