Goji-berry, Egg and Dates Dessert




Benefit spleen, stomach, liver and kidney; promote good health and good eyesight.


  • Goji-berry / Chinese wolfberry (gou ji zi) 枸杞子 - 20gm
  • Pitted red dates - 8
  • Egg - one to two
  • Honey (optional)

1.   Soak goji-berries and dates for about 20 minutes, rinse clean and put in a  pot with about 3 cups of water.

2.   Cook over medium heat for about half an hour with about 1.5 cups of water left.

3.   Lower heat, add eggs in to poach for a couple of minutes.

4,   Add honey to taste and serve. 


No restriction.
