Burdock, Carrot, Corn & Pork Soup




Diuretic and purifier blood, stimulate immune system, detoxify liver and gall bladder and regulate blood sugar.  


  • Carrot – one
  • Corn –two
  • Burdock – one to two
  • Pork – 180gm
  • Honey dates – 3
  • Apricot kernels – one handful

1.   Cut pork into large pieces, put into boiling water to rinse for a few minutes, retrieve and rinse.

2.   Peel carrot and rolling cut into pieces. Cut each corn into 4 or 5 sections. Peel and cut burdock into thin slices. Rinse dates and apricot kernels.

3.   Put all ingredients in a soap pot with about 3 litres of water. Bring to boil, remove foam and reduce heat to minimum and cook for over 2 hours. Add salt to serve.
