Walnut and Milk Dessert




Imorove energy, promote clear thinking and better memory and mental power.


  • Walnut halves– 80gm
  • Milk – half cup
  • Sugar – to taste

1.   Soak walnut for 2 to 3 hours and put in boiling water to cook for about 5 minutes. Remove and strain.

2.   Put walnut into a grinder with half cup of water to grind into a fine paste.

3.   Pour walnut paste into a pot with half cup of water and bring to a slow boil for 5 minutes.

4.   Add milk. When boil again, add sugar and serve.


No restriction. Eat frequently for best result.
