Nippon Horn Chicken Soup


Insufficient energy to cope with physically demanding job or sexual activity.


Invigorate kidney and strengthen yang, strengthen tendons and bones, warm and strengthen spleen-yang, expel cold and dampness, supplement essence and blood, improve immune system.


  • Nippon horn (lu rong) 鹿茸 - 18gm
  • Astragalus (huang qi) 黃耆- 9gm
  • Curculigo (xian mao) 仙茅 - 9gm
  • Epimedium (yin yang huo) 淫洋藿 - 9gm
  • Chicken meat -160gm

1.   Rinse chicken, remove skin and fat, and cut into pieces.

2.   Rinse other ingredients and put all in a soup pot with about 4 cups of water. Bring to boil, remove foam and reduce heat and lower heat to simmer for 3 hours to one cup of soup. Or use a slow heat cooker to cook the soup to preserve all the nutrients. 

3.   Add salt to serve and take soup mainly.


No suitable when having cold or flu. Most suitable for winter months.
