Nourishing Serum


Weak body constitution, always tired and lack of energy.


Strengthen body, moisturize internal organs and skin, and improve complexion.


  • Magnolia Vine Fruit (wu wei zi) 五味子 -  9gm
  • Processed Rehmannia Radix (shu di) 熟地 -  24gm
  • Salvia Skin (dan pi) 丹皮 -  9gm
  • Dogwood Tree (shan zhu yu) 山茱萸 – 9gm
  • Chinese Yam (shan yao)淮山 – 15gm
  • Water plantain (ze-xie) 澤瀉 – 12gm
  • White Poria (yun ling) 雲苓 – 30gm
  • Snow-ear Mushroom 雪耳 - 60 gm
  • Ophiopogonis (mai dong) 麥冬 – 6gm

1.   Rinse white poria and mushroom and soak it with plenty of water until they become fully rehydrated. Cut stem of mushroom and separate into smaller pieces.

2.   Put the two in a soup pot with about 12 cups of water and cook over medium heat for 3 hours until they are very soft and sticky and mostly dissolved.

3.   Rinse other herbs and add to the cooking. Add more water if necessary. Continue to cook for another 30 minutes.

4.   Use a strainer to filter out the herbs and keep serum in the fridge. Take a couple of spoons of the serum everyday as supplement.


No restriction and suitable for all ages.
