Sugar Cane & Water Chestnut Drink


Dry mouth and throat.


Moisturize internal system and promote vital fluids.


  • Carrot - 320gm
  • Water chestnut - 10 to 15
  • Sugan cane - about 12 inches long
  • Coriander - 80gm

1.   Peel carrot, rinse and rolling cut into small pieces.

2.   Wash water chestnut with vegetable brush, cut out top and bottom parts and bang slightly open with the back of knife. 

3.   Wash sugar cane with vegetabel brush. Use a chopper to cut it into section and half each section lengthwise.

4.   Put all ingredients in a pot with about 3 litres of water. Bring to boil and cook over medium heat for 1.5 hour.

5.     Put in coriander and cook for another 5 minutes.

6.     Strain and drink the water as tea throughout the day. 


No restriction. Suitable for the whole family of all ages.
