Astragalus, Goji-berries and Dates Tea




Warm and enrich health, promote qi and improve digestion, supplementing deficiencies and uplifting yang.


  • Astragalus (huang qi) 黃耆 – 12gm,
  • Goji-berry (gou ji zi) 枸杞子 – 9gm,
  • Dates – 9gm

1.   Soak goji-berries for 15 to 20 minutes and rinse clean.

2.   Rinse other ingredients and all in a pot with 3 cups of water. Bring to boil and lower heat to simmer until 1 cup of tea left.

3.   Strain and drink tea warm.


Take this tea frequently for best result. You can cook one batch good for a few times and keep them in the fridge. Just make sure to use pot or pan to warm up instead of microwave.
