Mutton, shrimp and Tofu Soup


Qi and blood deficiency, yang and kidney deficiency with lack of energy.


Promote blood and qi and improve energy.


  • Mutton - 200gm
  • Shrimp - 160gm
  • Tofu - 2 pieces
  • Ginger - 3 slices
  • Green onion - 2

1.     Wash mutton, cut into pieces and put in boiling water to cook for 5 minutes, retrieve and rinse.

2.     Remove shell of shrimp and rinse.

3.     Cook mutton with 4 cups of water with ginger for one hour or until soft. Add shrimp to cook for another 10 minutes.

4.     Add tofu, green onion and cook for another 5 minutes.

5.     Add seasoning to serve. Eat content with soup as main course of meal.


Eat regularly for best result.
