Beef Hock and Bone Marrow Soup


General weakness, losing memory, tired, palpitation, dizziness, pale and insomnia.


Tonify heart and blood, improve brain power and memory, improve energy and body strength.


  • Dried longan fruit 龍眼肉- 30gm
  • Beef hock - 90gm
  • Beef bone marrow - 240gm
  • Ginger - 2 slices

1.   Cut bone marrow into sections and cut beef into big pieces. Put them in boiling water to boil for 5 minutes, retrieve and rinse.

2.   Put all ingredients in a soup pot with 3.5 litres of water and two spoons of rice wine and bring to a boil. Remove foam, reduce heat to simmer for 3 hours.

3.   Add salt to serve. Eat bone marrow and beef with soup.


Eat regularly with meal.
