Burdock and Corn Congee
High blood pressure and high blood sugar.
Lower blood pressure and blood sugar, softening arteries, prevent heart problems.
- Burdock 牛膀 – half
- Corn - one
- Rice – half cup
1. Skin burdock, cut into thin slices and put with 5 cups of water to cook for one hour to reduce to half.
2. Cut out corn form cob and add to the cooking.
3. Rinse rice and add to the cooking until soft.
4. Eat congee with meal.
