Dang Shen Rice Tea


Lack of energy in older people, gasping for air even when speaking or moving around. 


Promote qi and energy, benefits spleen and lung.


  • Dang shen 黨參- 30gm
  • Rice water – half cup

1.    Cook dang shen with 4 cups of water over medium low heat and simmer down to half cup of water left. Strain into a cup and keep aside.

2.   Cook 3 cups of rice with normal amount of water plus half a cup more. When rice starting to boil, take out half cup of rice water and add to the dang shen tea to serve.


Take once a day, best before lunch. Take continuously until getting better.
