Peanut Chicken Feet Soup


Lack of energy and with water accumulation in legs and feet.


Promote blood, benefits kidney and strengthen bones and tendons, improve energy.


  • Peanut - 120gm
  • Chicken feet - 6
  • Pitted red dates 紅棗 - 6
  • Citrus peel (chen pi) 陳皮 - one piece (soaked and scrapped off white tissue)
  • Pork spinal bone - a few pieces

1.  Wash bones and chicken feet and put them in boiling water to cook for 5 minutes, remove and rinse.

2.   Rinse peanuts and dates. Put all ingredients in a pot with about 3 litres of water and bring to a boil for 15 minutes. Remove foam and reduce heat to medium and cook for one more hour.

3.   Add salt to serve and eat content with soup.


No restriction and is suitable for the whole family for strengthening bones and legs.
