Spinach and Pig Liver Soup

SYMPTOMS:

Deteriorating eyesight, liver blood and yin deficiency, headache, tired and constipated.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:

High nutritional value for improving liver blood and liver function, benefit eyes and nourish the whole body.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Spinach - 400gm
  • Pig liver - 240gm
  • Ginger - 1 slice

1.   Wash liver with salt, rinse and cut into thin pieces. Season it to taste (soy sauce, wine, salt, sugar and starch) and set aside.

2.   Wash spinach and cut into sections.

3.   Boil 2 cups of water in a pan and put in spinach and ginger to boil for 5 to 10 minutes.

4.   Put in liver, stir and stop cooking when the liver is just cooked.

5.   Add salt and seasoning to serve. Eat content with soup.

USAGE:

Eat regularly with meal. Not suitable for people with loose bowel or high cholesterol.
