Mushroom and Jelly Fish Soup


Over weight with metabolic syndrome.


Clear stagnant food, lower cholesterol, clean fat, promote bowel movement, lower blood sugar, and promote vital fluid.


  • Shiitake mushroom - 4 (big size)
  • Jellyfish海蜇- 80gm
  • Chicken breast - 160gm
  • Mistletoe (sang ji sheng) 桑寄生 - 20gm

1.   Soak mushrooms until soft, cut out stem and slice thinly.

2.   Soak and wash jellyfish to get rid of salt. 

3.   Rinse chicken breast and slice thinly.

4.   Rinse mistletoe. Put all ingredients in a pot with adequate water and cook over medium heat for around 2 hours and finish with 2 cups of soup.

5.   Eat mushroom with soup.


Recommend for once a day as lunch for 7 days and then once every other day until reaching desirable result.
