Warming Winter Tea


Cold hands and feet.


Promote blood circulation and promote better sleep.


  • Dangshen (dang shen) 黨參 – 15gm
  • Chinese Jujube / Red Date (da zao) 紅棗 –3
  • Processed Rehmannia Radix (shu di)  熟地 – 15gm
  • Longan Fruit / Arillus Longan (long yan rou) 龍眼肉  - 15gm
  • Ginger 生薑 – 3 slices
  • Citrus Peel (chen-pi) 陳皮 (pre-soaked and with white tissue removed) – 6gm
  • Magnolia Vine Seed (wu wei zi)五味子 – 15gm
  • Brown Sugar – to taste

1.   Soak herbs for 5 minutes and rinse.

2.   Put all with 3 to 4 cups of water. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to medium and cook for about half an hour.

3.   Strain, add sugar if necessary and drink tea only.
