See Qua and Pork Liver Soup

SYMPTOMS:

Excessive summer heat causing the lost of internal fluid, dry mouth and constant thirst, liver heat with aching eyes and difficulty in falling asleep.

THERAPEUTIC EFFECTS:

Clear heat and detoxify skin, promote blood circulation, moisturize and improve skin complexion.

INGREDIENTS:

  • See qua (tero gourd) 絲瓜 - 640gm
  • Lean pork - 120gm
  • Pig liver - 120gm
  • Ginger - one slice

1.     Peel see qua, cut into pieces and rinse.

2.     Put see qua and ginger in a pot with adequate boiling water (2 cups) and cook for 10 minutes.

3.     Wash pork and liver and cut into pieces and season to taste (salt, sugar, soy sauce, white pepper, sesame oil, cornstarch and cooking wine).

4.     Add pork and liver to the soup and cook until the meat is done.

5.     Add salt to serve and eat content with soup.

USAGE:

Not suitable for cold stomach syndrome.
