Water Melon & Pork Soup


Dry and coarse skin.

  • Water melon 西瓜 – one small
  • Small pork hock 豬小展 – 200gm
  • Honey dates 蜜棗 – 2

1.   Rinse pork, cut into large pieces and put in boiling water to cook for a few minutes, retrieve and rinse.

2.   Wash melon, cut out melon peel and put peel with pork and dates to cook with 6 to 8 cups of water for 2 hours (over medium heat).

3.   Dice melon and add to cooking for another 30 minutes.

4.   Drink soup and eat some melon.
