Mutton Tofu Soup


Irregular menstrual period, weak spleen and stomach system with pain and lack of appetite.


Tonify yang and expel coldness from spleen system, regulate menstrual period. 


  • Mutton - 60gm
  • Tofu - 2 pieces
  • Ginger - 20gm

1.   Wash and cut mutton into thin slices.

2.   Cut tofu into small cubes.

3.   Heat up one spoon of oil in a pan. Put in ginger slices and mutton and stir-fry for a few minutes. Add one cups of water, cover and let it cook for 10 minutes.

4.    Add tofu and cook for 5 minutes. Add seasoning to serve.  


Eat content with soup.
