Ginkgo and Pork Soup



Yellow sticky virginal discharge with foul smell, abdominal discomfort, constipation, reddish face with acne, hot temper.


Invigorate kidney and preserve essence, invigorate spleen, deprive dampness and clear away toxic materials, purge kidney fire and reduce heat.


  • Lean pork - 160gm
  • Ginkgo (ying xing) 銀杏/白果 - 10
  • Chinese yam (shan yao) 淮山 - 12gm
  • Fox Nut (qian shi) 芡實 - 12gm
  • Cork tree (huang bo) 黃柏 - 8gm
  • Asiatic plantain seed (che qian zi) 車前子 - 8gm

1.   Remove shell and membrane of gingko.

2.   Wash pork and cut into big pieces.

3.   Rinse herbs.

4.   Put all ingredients in a soup pot with about 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil, remove foam and reduce heat to medium and cook for 3 hours to about 2 cups of soup.

5.   Drink soup only.


Drink the soup a few times to see recovery.
