Liver heat syndrome manifested into reddish eyes and constant thirst.


Clear liver heat, detoxifies, moisturizes skins and removes wrinkles. 


  • Pig Liver – 120gm
  • Pork – 120gm
  • Loofah / See gua 絲瓜- 200 gm
  • Ginger – 2 slices

1.    Wash liver and pork and cut into thin slices.

2.    Peel see qua and cut into pieces.

3.    Put see qua, ginger and pork in a soup pot with about 5 cups of water. Bring to a boil, remove foam and reduce heat to medium to cook for about 20 minutes.

4.    Add liver to cook for another 5 to 8 minutes. Add seasoning to serve.


Recommended to take as a regular tonic for beautiful skin. Not suitable for people with hepatitis, duodenal ulcer, or gastroenteritis.
