Wood-ear Mushroom and Pork/Chicken Soup





Move blood, promote vital fluid, relieve constipation, lower internal heat, moisturize skin, improve complexion and discoloring. 


  • Black wood-ear mushroom 黑木耳 - 40gm
  • Lean pork/chicken - 200gm
  • Pitted red date 大棗 - 4

1.   Soak mushroom until soft and cut into thin slices.

2.   Rinse dates and put with mushroom in a pot with about 3 cups of water and cook for 20 minutes.

3.   Wash and cut meat into thin slices.  Add seasoning (salt, pepper, starch, cooking wine, sesame oil) and add to the soup and cook until meat is done.

4.   Add seasoning to serve.
