Fresh Lily with Shrimp Stir-fry




Promote beauty and yang energy, lubricate lung.


  • Fresh lily bulb 鮮百合 – one bulb
  • Shrimp 蝦仁 – 180gm
  • Green onion – one (finely chopped)
  • Minced ginger – one spoon
  • Minced garlic  -  one spoon

1.  Peel shrimp, wash with half spoon of salt and rinse. Wash again with one spoon of cornstarch and rinse. Drain and season with a pinch of salt, cooking wine, white pepper, a pinch of starch and sesame oil.

2.   Wash lily and separate pedals.

3.   Warm oil in a pan or wok, put in ginger and garlic and stir for one minute. Add shrimp and stir until turning pink. Sprinkle in a spoon of cooking wine and stir for another minute.

4.   Add lily and green onion and mix and is ready to serve.
